How to complain
If you have any concerns about the care you have received or our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us (Andrea Hamilton IBCLC 07856990889, andrea@andreahamiltonibclc.com). We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 30 days of receiving it. Without undue delay, we will take appropriate steps to respond to your complaint, including making appropriate enquiries, and we will keep you informed. Without undue delay, we will tell you the outcome of your complaint.
If you remain unhappy with your care after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners.
